specimen features tower-like layered growth. The top is capped by a complete thick rhombohedral crystal, and the lower part forms parallel stepped lamellar crystal stacks. The crystal texture is transparent and pure, with distinct growth striations on the cleavage planes. It shows strong red fluorescence under UV excitation.
