This calcite specimen from Hunan is made up of "nailhead" shaped crystals arranged in towers, all densely packed and reaching upwards like coral. The base of these crystals in a warm cream, and as your eyes follow the stacks upwards, you'll see they are capped with light grey, making for a lovely ombré.
