This piece, collected in 2001 at the Xianghuapu Mine, is characteristic of the types of specimens that were being produced there at the time. Specifically, the extremely transparent, light green fluorite crystals that look like clear green glass were a specialty of this locality. The luster on this specimen is truly amazing as you can see in the video; the faces of this piece are as reflective as the surface of clear water. Fascinatingly, these well-formed crystals grew in with edges looks as if they have been beveled!
