There are two distinct shapes of calcite crystal featured in this specimen, collected in 2004. The most prominent are rounded and stacked, and sandwiched here and there in between them are more flattened, "fish scale" type crystals. Additionally, there are golden-brown crystals of chalcocite as well, which really compliment the lovely rust red hue of the calcite.
