Green Quartz with Genthelvite from Huanggangliang Mine, Inner Mongolia, China

This specimen comes from Huanggangliang Deposit. Pale celadon-green prismatic quartz aggregates serve as the base, covered by tiny silica microcrystals forming botryoidal textures. Glossy deep reddish-brown tabular genthelvite crystals intergrow on quartz, creating sharp color contrast. Tiny metallic sulfide grains scatter in quartz. It is a typical hydrothermal paragenesis of genthelvite and green quartz from local polymetallic belt.

本标本产自内蒙古黄岗梁矿床，主体浅青绿色柱状绿水晶表面覆微晶石英，形成葡萄状纹理。深红褐色板状锌日光榴石嵌生于晶簇间，色彩对比鲜明，水晶内散布硫化物微粒，是矿区矽卡岩带典型共生矿物组合。
