Druzy quartz coats pink calcite.
This specimen is from Manaoshan Mine, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, China. The calcite presents petal-shaped crystals covered with fine druzy quartz on its faces, accompanied by a small quantity of clear quartz. The calcite glows bright orange-red under long-wave UV light.

砂糖状石英覆盖粉色方解石。
标本产自中国湖南省郴州市玛瑙山矿区。方解石呈花瓣形态，晶面铺满细密砂糖石英，同时伴生少量水晶。方解石经长波紫外灯照射，可以散发出鲜亮的橙红色荧光。
